I fish not for money. I fly fishing mullet in Europe. If I want to eat for living I can eat everything I wont. I eat one or two mullet on a year, and fish maybe 50 and all release.

@patonga007 Thanks for telling me about that. Further south of here the same concept is applied using nylon net and a "dump pocket " , its called stop netting here. Guys catch a 100,000 to a 150,000 lbs in a set.

@nightverse depends on the outside temp, if its over 50 degrees or so i do take ice for the fish. In the summer, i brine them in ice water in pickle barrels or coolers.
