wow creepy. could you imagine a priest or rabbi sitting on the roof of a church/temple with binoculars getting "intel". how they get buy being xalled "the church" of anything is beyond me. they seem more like the fucking cia then a religion.

It's not about what is best, it's about them trying to intimidate you by showing that they're watching you. But this guy's placement might have something to do with the angle at which he could get a picture of guys with masks. They've filmed for the sole purpose of fairgaming individuals(anonymous) before, so there's no reason for them not to be creative in their Gestapo tactics.
