We have a system of thought in which we apply schema to what we see. For example the Northern Native Americans had no word for 'house', only something along the lines of 'it houses', as their schema didn't apply ownership of 'nature's property'. This technique appears to suggest removing or playing down our schema and experiencing a less distorted world view.

great video, ive always been able to experience something like this whilst meditating, everything i looked at looked fresh and undescribeable. like i was seeing things without labelling them. our language is very limited.
