The hotel lies only a few minutes' stroll from Afandou Beach, a blue-flag beach where the Mediterranean laps the shore and where a cycle track has recently been created. The traditional village of Afandou is only a 15 minute walk away, although there is a mini-train that regularly runs via the hotel to take you to the centre and back (for a small charge). The village has a population of about 7.500 people, and almost anything you may need can be found there, as it has restaurants, bars, stores and shops of any kind. In addition, the hotel lies close to Afandou Golf Course, a professional Golf course that is one of the biggest in Greece and the only one located on Rhodes (see www.afandougolfcourse.com), and only 5 KM from the famous resort of Faliraki. Having recently been refurbished, the hotel now has its own Church in the hotel grounds and we are able to offer weddings and vow renewal services.
