Lincoln must die

We created this stop-motion for a theater as a viral. We did not win the pitch however we are granted permission to upload it as we could take out all the links to the theater itself...So we did :).

The short-motion is about Abraham Lincoln who's extremely bored at a cabaret show of some old(but famous in the netherlands) dude called Freek de Jonge. But there's also the killer of Lincoln who plans on murdering him ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln#Assassination ) . While being bored Lincoln drowses away and just as the killer is behind Lincoln he acidentally pops off Lincoln's hat and he awakes, taking over the gun and put an end to this slumbersome cabaret show. A stagelight crushes Freek and a new, young refeshing comedian takes on stage and announces he will finish the rest of the show...Cricket sound applies and suddenly everybody's happy.

After the short the logo would appear but since we had to remove it I decided to plug in this oh-so nifty placeholder ;)...

The first song used is from Freek de Jonghe called "Leven na de dood". Copyright on this song belongs to him and infringement is not intended.
