Spearfishing a couple permit on the thunderbolt wreck off Marathon FL. Includes some footage of bull sharks that came into investigate after shooting one of the permit. Watch it in HD, filmed with GoPro HD.
(All permit were taken in federal waters)

Yes in state waters. This wreck is located in federal waters (+3miles from shore).

what is the rule with Permit, I've had some sketchy situations back in Palm beach with not knowing the laws with Permit

@downeyfan20 You must be farther out than 3 miles (this includes any piece of land). After permit have been harvested you are no longer allowed to spearfish in state waters while they aboard the vessel, meaning you cannot stop in state waters to spearfish on the way in. Not sure on the bag limit as I only have the desire to shoot 1 a day.
