I'd love to be able to vote for Cory Booker for president. I think he's actually got some integrity, he wouldn't be the best president, maybe a disappointment once the pressures of office kick in, but he's definitely more genuine than Obama.

I recall, with amusement, seeing a cartoon in the paper that displayed Christie (exxageratedly bloated, of course) standing next to a burning building shouting "You're just being lazy and waiting for the government to save you!" Sounds about right.

While I respect our governor, if Cory Booker threw his hat into the gubenatorial race next year I would vote for Booker hands down. I have admired his accomplishment's in Newark for years now. A guy who calls himself brave for chewing out school teachers versus a guy who chases down bank robbers and runs into burning buildings? Which would you vote for?

I'm from SLC so I obviously think Rocky is the realness. If he is running I actually have a reason to vote for him and will this election. But if Booker wanted to be VP he'd probably also want to be president and since I have some weird man-crush on Booker since "Brick City" he has my vote.

The odd thing about your post, while I agree with the second part, your first part is countered by Cenk in this video saying he did cover a republican that tackled a criminal.

He doesnt play partisan in that way.
