  • Would it even be a problem if the US government didn't do a false flag on the American people.

  • Judy McReavy is right. The future looks bleak for younger generations due to globalism. Government intervention is not the answer and will only make matters worse.

  • i wish nothing but cancer on all uaw members

  • One of the issues that most don't quite grasp is how skewed the pay was in comparison to the rest of unskilled labor outside of the auto industry. Blaming the rich (and I do too) has always been the scapegoat. You take a non-union job from one of the 'Right To Work' states where they started at the minimum wage rate and were not elevated to over 15 an hour after 90 days.

The lady hit the mark with the NAFTA revelation.

  • The American people chose quality reliable foreign autos over domestic rattletraps that are intentionaly designed to breakdown and cost you money.its just that simple.top 10 trade ins in the cash for clunkers were domestic..top ten cars sold...were foreign. Huyundai gives a 10 year 100 000 mile warranty. Domestic producers wouldnt dare do that. It would be suicide. Autoworkers have an entitlement mentality that just wont quit....piss on them....just my opinion

  • When you buy a Fusion Fusion, you support foreign labor. Afterall, where is Ford's big seller built (Mexico if you're unaware)? Better yet, let's pull the iPods and Starbucks from every country other than the US; they're "foreign" and I wouldn't want to compete. I'm not a fan of GOP politics, but I grow tired of this "buy American" agrument because at the end of the day, its a cop-out, and dismisses the reasons why people make decisions as consumers.

  • fair enough

  • And also, why should these seemingly healthy men be retired? In what culture do we expect to have all of the best stuff with no specific skill AND on top of that to quit working early... Sorry, I don't feel for you.

  • Why should a new, unskilled factory worker start at more than $14/hr?

I just started a highly skilled job out of a 4 year university at the same rate. Granted, it will go up steadily but I paid my dues.

14 an hour is a fair starting wage for someone to turn a wrench.

  • Would you prefer the plastic demagogues on fox news - who speak only bullshit?

  • No buy my products so I can support your job/pension. I support everyone to a middle class lifestyle. When you buy most foreign products you support lower wages that put pressure on American wages this includes you. Think for yourself don't listen to the talking heads!

  • Looks like Rush Limbaugh gave out the U Tube address!
