these 2 songs seem tailor made for this phonograph so i decided to play them both. anyone who was a child in the late 60's early 70's will surely know and love(or hate?)both of these songs.i have had both these records since i was a kid.i remeber sending away for them. they were advertised on cereal boxes, circa 1968-69. somewhere in my "vault" i have a bobby sherman record cut from the back of a cereal box,i may have to dig it up for you all.btw i cleaned and relubed this phono but it still makes a weird grinding noise when it cycles,ok experts any idea why?

  • Oh and I just noticed the 45 rpm record case to the side. VERY cool that is. Never seen one before.

  • @RCALennon yeah i guess your too young!!

those were popular in the late 60's to mid 70's

i guess.they even had fuzzy ones with faces.

the 70's were a weird time to be a kid

  • HA! like the 1990s weren't. Did you grow up watching a cartoon called "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs"?.... I didn't think so. lol

  • @RCALennon sounds like some kind of pimp

related cartoon? was the main charactor a jive

talking dinosaur who also happened to be a pimp, haha.i am so bored i need something to

    do!

  • Never heard these two before, but I have the same one which is my GE Wildcat, but it does have a headphone jack, but mine does not.

  • do you know the date of this wildcat? i am guessing

    at early 1970's?is that wrong?

  • Ahahahhahah, no. They were a group of men and women dressed like cowboys who for some reason drove Cadillacs, and ACCURATELY DRWAN Cadillacs no less, from the 1950s and 1960s, who had to round of dinosaurs for whatever reason. I can't remember but I'm gonna look it up on YouTube right now. Maybe someone has an episode posted.

  • Wow they're short and oh so cheezy. lol great!

  • I have a GE Wildcat like that in black, but it doesn't have the headphones jack. Mines is from 1972. Prolly yours is either from that year or 1973. Never heard of those 2 records b4, but I wouldn't mind adding those to my collection if I run across any.
