just an idea, i'm not a nazi or anything, but I wonder if it would be against like terms and conditions if say you wanted a swastika for a tattoo for your char, coz i'd imagine some people might get offended, not that I imagine people doing that but its a valid point

Exactly. It's like a realtor saying they will give you a tour of a really nice house but when you get there they refuse to show you the inside. When you ask how many bedrooms it has they respond by giving you an interview with two guys who painted a house down the street.
