Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini is a disgrace. Amanda and Raffaele are innocent.

Most of American media have been depicting the Italian police and forensics as a bunch of idiots. They also seem to look down to the Italian legal system. So arrogant. I wonder how many spin doctors have been working on their TV, newspaper coverages.There's a lot of stupid media hype which has little to do with what really happened. It's more about keeping ppl glued to TV sets until another sensation comes up.

Are you serius? I'm italian (and sorry for my english) and I believed that italian journalism sucked until I seen tons of this american bullshit on internet. Are you in America used to do programmes without an ounce of contradictory? There is no proof of Amanda guilt? Italian media attacked Amanda's character and caused her sentence? I NEVER seen in Italy a programme that don't hear both sides (here people is divided as normally happens in this kind of trial). Are you totally impartial instead?

I think this is a good point. I saw an interview on American TV by an "investigative journalist" who had been to Perugia, and in the course of the 10 min interview, there was only one mention of Meredith Kercher. And would you believe it, the journalist got her name wrong and had to be prompted. This tell me everthing I need to know about the case from the Amercian point of view.
