You're wrong, torsvik94 is right, sorry.
The perspective only changes by dollying.
Changing the focal lenght (and so the viewing angle) has exactly the same effect as zooming in an editing program: you get closer to the object, but the perspetctive doesn't change.

@generiok cropping and changing the focal length are pretty much the same thing. the important thing is to keep the shot in focus.

eaiser if you just use the dolly and zoom in when you re editing ;D eaiser to get it steddy then ;P need a good camera thoug, so your not ruin the quality^^

no ^^
it's an "in cam" effect, that means it depends on the focal length of the lense.
If u don't change it during the shot, u wont be able to get the vertigo ish feeling ^^
