I forgot to mention that the crutches should not be in your arm pits while you are using them. The pressure should be on the top of your rib cage. I have my crutches at 2 inches taller than I am.

Definitely happy to be done with the cast part. I have heard about little toe covers you can wear on the toes that stick out of the cast, but it is summer time an I definitely did not want to warm up my cast further.
