This is one of the few UFO movies you'll ever see that's actually worth watching. Several police officers called in a report on it and one even snapped a photo (albeit a very bad Polaroid). NO ONE IS SUGGESTING THAT THIS IS AN EXTRATERRESTRIAL SPACE CRAFT! I'm from this area and everyone here assumes it was some kind of military or experimental aircraft. Boeing flies experimental aircraft here at night all the time.

The interest in this video lies in the fact that someone has invented an aircraft that can both hover and accelerate at great speeds, and it can do so in near silence. Everyone in this video (which includes the testimonies of several eye witness police officers from several counties) claimed that what they saw was as thick as a 2 story building and about as long as a football field. Whatever we've got out there now seems to be an amazing achievement in aeronautical engineering. We'll probably find out all about in a few years, but right now it's fun to speculate.

  • No spaceships. No aliens. These people saw an advanced US military aircraft being tested.

It’s odd to think that somewhere in the United States the crew of this aircraft are leading normal lives. They cut the grass on the weekend, play with their kids in the evening and go grocery shopping with their wives. Only they know they were privileged to fly an aircraft so strange, so unusual, so astonishing that the civilians who saw it that night could only compare it to a craft from another world.

  • @pxjanders Nice to see a sensible comment for a change. My dad's oldest brother was a test pilot after WWII. He just died a couple of years ago. His whole life was a mystery. He couldn't talk about his job and wouldn't with anybody--ever! I know he was based out of Wright Patterson Field and that he constantly traveled between there and Alamogordo NM. And we know he did some things under cover, but we don't know what. He took it all to his grave.

  • I remember seeing a UFO in E. St. Louis once while we were about to watch fireworks around July 4th some years ago. My mom looked up amazed and said omg there's a spacecraft. Being so naive I thought she meant a rocketship or something, lol. But no, it was a triangular UFO, had round lights on the side, and it moved veeeery slow and actually stopped for a while. It was kind of low as well. I mean, you could see EVERY detail. That was the scariest stuff I've ever seen. Almost like a movie! :-/

  • @estlgurl06 My dad and uncle saw three round UFOs (the saucer variety I suppose) from Caseyville back in the 60s. They watched them hover overhead for a long time before they moved off toward Scott Field. Dad said they flew in a V-formation and seemed to hover again when they got near Scott. He called Scott Field and they said they knew nothing about it even though the 3 crafts had to be very close by. Either it was secret military craft, or they had some way of staying off radar etc.

  • @pxjanders in seconds demonstrates the amazing technology of the craft.

  • @pxjanders Yes spaceships. Yes aliens. These people did not see a advanced US military aircraft being tested.

The only people that know this for a fact is the US military and our government, but they sure as hell aren't going to tell the truth. I know that the US military has some pretty incredible experimental aircraft that they test all the time but this was not one of them. The shear size of the craft and the fact that it made almost no sound and could accelerate to such high speeds. cont.

  • @Slowpoke514 We can't? How do we do it pray tell? Einstein PROVED nearly a hundred years ago that flying at even half the speed of light is impossible. That only leaves wormholes, but there are forces within wormholes that will rip you to pieces, and there are no wormholes around anyway. The only other farfetched mode of interstellar travel involves going into subspace. How do you do that, keep your molecules together in a place of quantum potential, and come back where you want?

  • @rogers53108 I never say never about anything. Just look how far mankind has come in the last 100 years. People back then would have said that it would be impossible to travel at the speed of sound or that man would travel into outer space.

  • @sthugh Well, we know that interstellar flight is not possible for us at this point. But we can't prove that it is impossible all together.

  • @F7700 Most smaller police departments did not have cameras in their squad cars back then. There are still several police departments today that can not afford to have a in car cameras. An example of the technology that they had available is apparent when you see that the one officer took a picture of the object with a Polaroid camera.

  • they should of had dash cams
