Ok let's end this once and for all Ke$ha wrote this song with music producer Toby Gad who has co written a lot of songs with The Veronicas.Ke$ha was not signed to a record contract when this song was written she was still finding her own music style, Toby suggested giving the song to The Veronicas because the song fits them better.The Veronicas have written songs for other people as well it's quite a common thing to write songs for other artists.

I love how you completely discard the effort of her producer. who would have put as much, if not more effort into the lyrics and the whole making of the song. and, ive listened to those demos as well. this sounds different from the rest of them. the closest i can think of, off the top of my head, is paper airplane.
