Cosmos is a three-movement choral suite composed by Kenley Kristofferson using the text of 20th-century astronomer and science popularizer, Carl Sagan. Recorded by Antiphony at the Manitoba Museum (Planetarium) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on May 29th, 2012.

Can someone tell me what the original source for the eye montage at the 04:15 mark is from? Been looking for it quite some time and can't seem to spot it. Thanks.

It's from BBC's Wonders of the Solar System with Brian Cox - a truly incredible and awe-inspiring series (like anything featuring Dr. Cox). That sequence occurs about 55 minutes into the second episode, Order out of Chaos.

I'm not sure. "The beauty of a living thing" quote was the crescendo of a story about atoms and bodies. It feels a bit wrong detached from context like this...
