You Know Say what you may, but for me the real winner was De troubadour

@FlavioGirl I agree: they all should sing in their languages, not always in English

@Taiello723 I agree with you that 1969 was one of the best years or maybe the best year of the eurovision Songcontest. The entries of The Netherlands, France, United kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany and portugal were absoluty Top and the remaining songs were all almost reasonable good too. Also the Orchestra the presentator Laurita Valenzuela and the decor were very good. I hope that the real eurovision by near every country will sing in his own language will come back once.

@Taiello723 thank you.....I'm so happy to see someone who agrees with me that the countries should sing in their native language.......I actually watched this year's ESC live online for the first time. Frida's song made me cry when i first saw her performance oh YT a few years ago. Last Saturday, France's entry really made me cry. I was really disappointed when he came in 15th. I'm Italian but I actually enjoyed Amaury Vasili's performance better.

@FlavioGirl Same with me. If you just watch Frida Boccara's face when she recieves the award, its so beautiful.. to see her facial expressions and say MERCI for such a great honor. I wish Eurovisions today would keep the native languages of each country instead of so many countries using english language songs. It kind of takes the point away of eurovision. 1969 in my oppinion was one of the greatest years for eurovision if not the best.
