  • its a preference thing. I lifted a stone to my left shoulder one time, and that will be the only time. It felt unstable and dangerous. the movement is about your grip and hip explosion, so which shoulder it goes to would gain you very little benefit

    .

  • why not alternate what shoulder you lift to?
