Here are is a clip of the demolition of an apartment complex off Bennett Avenue in Old East Dallas.

The area was home to hundreds of working-class, Hispanic immigrant families.

But almost a dozen complexes along the Bennett Avenue have been rezoned to make way for more upscale apartments and condos.
