The first IU Silent Rave was held May 2, 2009.
Strangers and friends from around the IU campus and Bloomington area met at 10:30 outside of the IU Art Museum to dance beneath our beloved "Glowstick" LED light tower.
With mp3 players and headphones in hand, the ravers hit the public dance floor to dance together, but separately to their own beat.

I had a shot of Eric skanking like whoah!
unfortunately my friend who filmed it shot it vertically, so it would have been a pain to rotate the image for the video...
