These demonstrations show a Virtual 3D Projection of Giant Spiders walking on a range of surfaces. This Video Projected Effect uses a 1500 lumen and a 3000 lumen home video projector playing back the Double Spiders from a standard DVD. Virtual 3D was invented by Special Effects Artist Jon Hyers, a leader in special effects for Theme Parks, Museums, Haunted House, Home Haunts, Hayrides, and Plays/Stage Theater. Virtual 3D is the Blue Screen/Chromakey of the Live Event World.

Virtual 3D was first tested for a client in a Museum Attraction in Russia. And since then, has been under development for a wide range of Scenes for different attractions, large and small. The making of a Virtual 3D Video is TOP SECRET, but the usage of these videos are relatively easy, and can be achieved by any good quality Video Projector. DVD playback is the most common method, however custom recording of these effects onto Compact Flash Media cards for Video Repeater Playback is also possible.
