  • Yes, omega 3's are antiinflammatory and gr8 to get rid of pain, good for eyes and brain but the EPA can lower the immune system, reduce natural killer cells and it did not help me (made me worse) with my fight against lyme disease. The inflammtory fats (arachidonic acid) in eggs, meat, nuts/seeds has its good points, important for the brain, good to fight infection. I suppose the omega 3 makes the body less aggressive but you want it to be aggressive when it sees pathogenic/cancer cells or else

  • Red Rice Yeast has helped me with my cholesterol (LDL) & Triglycerides.  Lipotor was giving me undesirable side effects.
