@scarred10 you are deluding yourself if you really think your 10 seconds of mind training can debunk the instruction of Prof. Machado, a decorated champion and coral belt. Watch the video again, this is really a technique that is applicable when strikes are being thrown. Even still, it works and works to the frustration of your partner because he will wonder why he can't take your back.
