@MadCommodore They recently released defender of the crown for the iphone 9yet another version). Wings on the gameboy advance was cool. Recommend it. If only rocket ranger and it came from the desert would come out on some platform 9e.g. smartphone). sigh

What the hell? Cinemaware had a rare off-day, I think.

What a joy to be an Amiga user. This is the definition of crapness.
-
Much better than the Amiga version

What did they do to this classic?! Fucking disgrace!

Hmmm...if they had done a Version for the CDTV it would have looked a bit less shit and blocky...oh well Cinemaware went bust thanks to dev costs of making this game and the PC-Engine tanked in the USA. :(

HAha - you used the opening song as the music over. Awesome :D

This song plays during the title screen, correct? This game has some really cool box art, personally. I understand that this game was meant to be based off of a '50's sci-fi movie, and the cuscenes look quite good for the time. The gameplay, though in several styles, does not seem to strongly reflect the capabilities of the TurboGrafx-16, even with smooth-looking animations. The movie scenes can make this title worthwhile to have.
0:27 - The ants are supposed to be giant. The Amiga version is the best.
