I've found on Allens that the trumpet comes out better if you leave off the mixture on the great.

Excellent performence! I know Fred Swann personally and know he'd be proud of you. For those wondering, it's published by Fred Bock Music Co, and availabel at any organ music supplier. This is one of my favorite pieces, so much so that I did a 4-5oct handbell choir arrangement of it, which is also avail via Fred Bock publishing.

The hell with the Allen, concentrate on the organist. This young man gets better every day. At this rate, in a few years I would consider him in the "master" class.

Yes in deed it is Allen-Protege' .. not Quantum. Sorry I was mistaken on previous post.

Are you sure about it being a Protege? I don't think any of the Protege models have drawknobs.

It could be R Model.

That was absolutely super... may I ask the make of the organ and where it is located?

It's an Allen-Quantum. I am sorry I cannot tell you the location of the organ I have to have the permission first.
