Oh Gosh, I thought the stuff you were doing in the other video's was tough... your doing this with a 35 pound bell for 4 mins! That is truly SOLID I must agree with ruth8280 "harder than it looks", you do make it look very easy, do you practise every day?

man, that looks pretty rough on the lower back, as well as the groin area, but to each his own.

It does look that way lol, but the back is straight when doing these exercises and the groin area is actually not hit, the arm and bell always go to either side of the private area. Also if you look closely you will see that the knees are bent when flexing at the hip allowing the hamstrings to gain potential energy and 'wind up' like an elastic and the power comes from the bum, legs and abs. The magic is in the technique. Thanks for the comment.
