Shinsei.( 空手道 糸東流 )

El Kata Shinsei (新生), su nombre se traduce como "Nueva vida", fue creado por Kenwa Mabuni (摩文仁 賢和) inspirado por las dos formas creadas por Chōjun Miyagi (宮城 長順) los Gekisai Dai Ichi (撃砕第一) y Gekisai Dai Ni (撃砕第二), su nombre se pueden traducir cono "atacar y destruir" o "destruir y demoler", en el año 1.940, con el propósito de desarrollar una forma introductoria de contribuir a divulgar la difusión de su arte y el karate en general entre los estudiantes más jóvenes.
