That does not look good. What is your light source? CFL's? Dude, you at least need to top your plants, meaning cut off the top about 4 weeks into veg, and cut off the bottom 3 pairs of leaves. Actually, that wont help-find something else to waste your money on, The ounce you maybe harvested might pay a little of the power bill, but prolly not.

Nuts. Trying to grow it outside. Dunno way ur climat is like. But that ain't happening here in in uk. I got to set up farms in peoples homes with tents or just special plastics. No electric bill :p that's all bypassed

to close to ur house bro. shits in the shade. you're best bet is to get rid of 75% of those get you'reself some feminized seeds. and either move you're spot so you get a minimum of 8 hours of sunlight a day you're final yield will increase, just waisting you're time with that many plants aspecially if there in the shade. goodluck keep growing
