Aggressive attitude And constant fighting has made Rusa deer a tough adversary to hunt and to bring down. The roar last over two month and the stags grow a thick mane and skin with swollen neck whereby a neck shot may not be enough and sometime a stag with a neck shot ,looking dead ,in10 minutes rolls over and runaway.don't be in a hurry, watch him for 10 minutes, you may have to give him another one.Safe hunting.

  • @JANEZLA Thanks my friend and best of luck to you from New Zealand.

  • Impressive stag! I congratulate and wish too you a good luck on the hunt!

    Greetings from Slovenia

  • great hunt as always!

  • @poulo69 Yes it was a 300 weatherby Mg,it has much more grant the 300 Win Mag and of course more kicking power,i can not shot with that unless they have muzzle break, but Andre been shooting with that for years and got use to it.So in short if you can tolerate the recoil,it is a very power full round and amazingly accurate.

  • excellent shooting by andre as usual. was it a 7mm or .300 weatherby mag. how does that round compare to the 7mm or .300 winchester mag. thanks

    another great hunt
