Hi, good variations. I agree with doctorvibe. Show what you instruct. We are all watching the clip. Confusing if we think only guys have to drop to parallel.

OK You stated go 90degrees or parallel with your squats and neither of you were at 90 degrees especially the female. Sorry to complain but if you say you need to be at 90 degrees then don't you think you should demonstrate what 90 degrees is????
