  • This video demonstrates that you used different OCR software. Why would you expect two different programs to behave the same way? If you want a valid test, you need the same BC, same OCR, and same settings used.

  • @yuppyguitar1 Tomorrow I plan on doing another video. I agree with everything you said, I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible. I'm going to try and show even more inconsistencies, but also similarities.

  • Solid proof, also the green patterned background is way too flat and perfect.

The question is, can we do anything about it?

  • @Wilbanian I dunno.. spread the word? To be perfectly honest... I'm not sure what we can do, but I do think we need to speak our minds as often as possible as to never give up, never surrender

  • Could you tell what's in the bottom layer of your certificate? There seems to be a group of layers in there.

  • @slvl So after I got this comment (I was driving) I couldn't wait to get home and investigate what you were talking about. You're right, the bottom later DOES have a group of layers... however, it was just two extra layers, neither of which did anything to the image... I'm going to scan my birth cert tomorrow at my scanners highest DPI and try one more time... but I'm pretty sure it's going to come up with the same result..

  • @ShizzleMcBizzle

Thanks, that's highlighted exactly the original concern that I raised. (sorry to be late to respond but I was traveling on business)... Anyway, although I couldn't say 100% without some background in computer forensics, your demo of modern OCR software working on a similarly structured document is compelling enough for me to say at this point that I definitely have doubts as to the authenticity of the cert posted by the WH.

    Thanks for taking the time.

  • @slvl (continued...) I don't really care if the certificate is real or not, I'm from Europe, but I can't stand it that some people (I am not referring to you) just go screaming around their opinion on things they only marginally understand at best. To those people it doesn't matter what the outcome is, it can only be true if it coincides with their belief. I am convinced that even if God said it was real they would not believe it.

You seem to be wanting to take this as objective as possible...

  • @ShizzleMcBizzle Thanks for the answer. I don't believe the certificate is faked. The layers in the Obama certificate are too random to be the result of intentional tampering. All the groups contain image date and no vector data as far as I've seen. If it was to be tampered with in Illustrator the data would be vector. If it was to be tampered with in Photoshop there wouldn't be any separate image layers, just a grouped clipping mask and a flattened image. (cont.)

  • @ktrychel Yeah.. it's obvious they're looking to keep the debate going to keep us distracted from something much bigger... what that is... well, it's anyones guess... thanks for sharing the video... I think it's worth it
