I have a problem, when I start up my computer my screen is all black untill I am in windows. The bios thingy dosent show. ANYONE??

I put together a new computer using an Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 Motherboard. I have not installed Windows 7 as of yet. I purchased an ASUS LE247 LED Monitor. When using the HDMI cable I can not get into the BIOS, the monitor reads, "VGA No Signal" nothing happens, but when I use the VGA cable it works fine, I can get into the BIOS. Can you tell me why the HDMI is not working?

a+ Video. Note in bios that you have seperate channels for raid. For a flawless raid array. The problems I had with my MSI was single channel raid.. Asus you can seperate two chanels and run the DVD in IDE with two hard drives in raid 0, That must be concept of Asus becuase others boards don't have the choice to do that. The JBOD IDE will pick up performnce like achi for your DVD in IDE. Best raid I ever used. The crossfire fucnion on this really performes well. Asus X-FIRE never fails.

i have the same motherboard, but i dont now why is the screen so long black when i turn of the pc, i must wait 10 seconds and then the bios comes -- in this 10 seconds a red led on the board lights up. what is this -- i have 8 gb pc1333 ram and amd phenom x6
