repstrap testing extruder to push pla for making parts

I'm testing an extruder to extrude pla reliably, and stepper motor cnc controller test. it is hard to extrude pla, , so i thought of setting this machine up for it. pla is gooey when extruded, but quickly cools, and has negligible shrinkage. it sticks just fine on the back side of painter tape. no heater required for pla. this is the same extruder setup on the catalyst design, just a different mount part, cnc tool is normally cutting parts with a spindle, but it may be used soon to speed up production of printed parts with this detachable extruder. oh, don't mind those tie wraps. tie wraps and super glue forever! http://www.profounddevices.com/
