This guy goes to my gym, was there when he filmed some of this stuff, you can't see it very well since I guess they edited the footage but he is using elaborate rope and pulley systems to achieve much of this. He used to be in our local Fitcraft league (which is much harder than fitcore or, craftfit, or crossfit) but we kicked him out.
