  • where did you get your capacitor??

  • @boomy818 You can get them on eBay or buy at your local Radio Shack it depends on how many you need if you do this a lot I would suggest eBay

  • If I'm not mistaking that's not a Pentium 4. Look at the CPU socket locking mechanism. I believe Intel started using that kind from the beginning of the Core 2 cpu's.

  • @kenmha The only point I am trying to make with this video is a large portion of the time if you have a hardware eschew and not a virus, you should simply look over the board of whatever electronic it may be for popped capacitors before you decide to throw it in the trash.

  • Thats A Basic Fix..... the Dell GX 260 has these problems there was A recall because of this .... Easy way to make money .... Buy those , and upgrade them they have Hyper threading Pentium 4 which can be overclocked .. very nice basic computer

  • @cuginetycoon Yes it is! LOL!

  • I'm not kidding instead of spending money on givaways you should make the perfect gaming console and computers

  • @WhoKnowsBestAboutTec If you watched my videos close paid attention to what I was telling you in them you would already know the answer to that question go watch the last update video for mega giveaway. And if after watching it? if you cannot figure out when I will release my repair videos perhaps you should look at a different line of work?

  • @kenmha If your Capacitor gets hot enough to burn your fingers when removing or installing you are doing it wrong!

  • @kenmha For a beginner that has never used a soldering iron I would suggest using one with adjustable temp then get a old electronic to play around with removing components by slowly turning up the heat this will give you a good fill for it and help prevent you from getting it to hot and damaging the trace on the board you can burn them right off and then it is all over. Adjustable temp soldering irons are more expensive but well worth the money.
