This was created as a class assignment. The prompt from the professor was to build a project around the idea of electricity. Conveniently enough, Texas State University San Marcos decided to retrofit all of their elliptical trainers with technology that allows the energy they create to feed back into the university's electrical grid. With that in mind, I wanted to highlight the ways we rely on electricity without thinking of the cost. We tend to treat electricity like it comes from nowhere. Although there are consequences from over-consumption, thanks to companies like ReRev, we can begin to offset the amount of energy we use.
