Police departments all over the country has inherited a tradition of hiring mostly all white male cops, and often with preference to those white males that sympathize with white supremacy.

Often, even those that initially had no issues with race often become indoctrinated into racial intolerance by the older police officers.

As of now, I can not list a single precinct/department that has evolved to a better system of recruiting police officers.

Its only a matter of investigation for them.

Idk if they start off racist, only looking out of themselves and their own..or if somewhere along the line, power trip just got the best of them..either way-I don't trust any cops.
