10 min edit from 45min workout, using my homemade Clubbell & Kettlebell, also other very cheap equipment like my kids skateboard.
I use this routine to keep in shape, for my grappling & stick fighting training, usually around 15min to 45min every day.
It can be used with the proper attention in a quite small space live a living room...

Clubbell weights(pesa) 10kg, Kettlebell 25kg

10 min de video editado de parte de um treino de +- 45min. Em vez de gastar rios de dinheiro num clubbell e ou kettlebell, uso esta versão caseira, junto com outros dois equipamentos baratos como o skate do meu miudo.
Esta sequência serve para me ajudar no meu treino de "gallhofa" e "jogo do pau", pelo menos 15min todos os dias a 45min quando posso.
Posso treinar, com o devido cuidado, num espaço bastante exíguo como um quarto ou sala...
