Buddhist monks and local people revolt to chinese occupation and abuses of human right.
Peaceful marches by Buddhist monks in recent days, and violent repression by the police have given way to angry crowds confronting riot police. Chinese police were reported to have shot 16 people and killing at least two people.
Chinese government has impose censorship on this situation in trying to protect the reputation on the face of the 2008 Beijing olympics. Already many the athletes who have being boycotting the event if the situation goes on.

Thế Tôn nói với Bà-la-môn Aggibhàradvàja:
Người có biết người bần tiện
hay những pháp tạo ra kẻ bần tiện không?

The Gracious One said this to the brahmin
But do you know, brahmin what an outcaste is,
or what things make one an outcaste

116. Người phẫn nộ, hiềm hận,
Ác nhân, gièm pha người,
Ác tà kiến, man trá,
Ðược biết là bần tiện.

116. That man who is angry,
who has enmity, is bad, and insolent,
who has wrong views, and is deceitful,
he one should know as an outcaste.

117. Ai ở đây hại vật,
Một sanh, hoặc hai sanh,
Không thương xót hữu tình,
Ðược biết là bần tiện.

117. Whether once born, or twice born,
he who is violent to creatures here,
who has no sympathy with creatures,
he one should know as an outcaste.

118. Ai làm hại vây hãm,
Các làng, các thị trấn,
Kẻ cướp đoạt có tiếng,
Ðược biết là kẻ bần tiện.

118. He who beseiges and destroys
villages and market towns,
who is well known as an oppressor,
he one should know as an outcaste.


119. Tại làng hay tại rừng,
Vật sở hữu của người,
Lấy trộm của không cho,
Ðược biết là kẻ bần tiện.

119. (He who), whether
in the village or the wilderness,
takes by theft what is not given,
those things loved by others,
he one should know as an outcaste.

120. Ai vay nợ của người,
Bị đòi liền trốn tránh,
Ta đâu mắc nợ ngươi,
Ðược biết là kẻ bần tiện.

120. He who has taken on a debt,
and when pressed (to pay it) runs away,
saying: There is no debt due to you,
he one should know as an outcaste.
