Contrary to amierdolo's opinion, I think this album is Steve Roach's best work since Soma.

I call Brian Eno, Steve Roach and Harold Budd the Holy Trinity - I'll leave the category out of this. I was never comfortable with the industry moniker (ambient) - back in the 80's I was simply referring to "this stuff" as soundscapes. "Structures from Silence" kicks ass.
