To prepare for a horse show, know the rules and regulations for the show, use the appropriate tack, wear clean, well-fit riding clothes, and make sure the horse is clean and clipped.   • @equestrianismygame yes i think so but not in a dreesage show

  • @rtwerd Most clippers actually won't do much damage to the horse's skin; the clipper blades are too small to create a cut, but I never allow my horse to misbehave like that. Plus if they move around you'll probably get an uneven clip!

  • Be careful with the clippers try to make your horse stop moving or you'll cut his nose

  • @equestrianismygame it depends on the show... but i would ask my instrustor if i was you because it can cause you points (: boots are expensive but you can find them cheaper somewhere (:
