@germomr2 he could. Fuel cell technology could split hydrogen and oxygen apart (electrolysis), and then use the free hydrogen atoms fuel a specialized engine.

Stanley Meyers "claimed" he could travel from LA to NY with 22 gallons of water. Never actually had proof of it......And he died in 1998 ...not 1985. Food poisoning? Well, the idea is there....but for now let's burn some more fuel eh? :)
