Rare candies only rob the pokemon of the EVs that would've been utilized for stat growth...those could easily be regained...

but I'm not an EV trainer so generally, I don't give a crap whether Rare Candies are used or not...

WHY ARE YOU USING RARE CANDIES??! REAL trainers NEVER use artificial means to level up a Pokemon no matter HOW close they are to evolution! Its just not kosher! DX
