does this actually work though? Like if you got this status and everything and let's say you were a male and they said that there was going to be a draft..would you be able to say the federal laws don't apply to you with this status and then they couldn't make you go to jail or go to war...and what is the down side of being in this status...what if you need the police, will they not help you or something? Thanks

@kahea2018 it's not actually a matter of whether it 'works' ... its a way of life, and sure they can point a gun at you and threaten you and put you in jail for not doing what they say... or shoot you.. but does that make it lawful? no, ... they can do the same thing if you dont claim your sovereignty also, except without claiming your rights... you DEFINATELY DONT have ANY

@TheMyVew You don't HAVE to do anything at all.. there is no right or wrong way to determine who you are.. but i recommend Notice and Claim of Rite to make your status known to the entities that would seek to harm you and allow them an opportunity to dispute itNotice them of your status, give them time to respond, Default them and offer a cure, Final Notice and Orders to forever restrain themselves and their agents from acting on your behalf or joining you with any fictitious legal likeness.

Sorry everyone ,she's absolutely correct on this! Sovereign American Nationals are the only source of any authority granted to any office of government. See Yick Wo v. Hopkins US 118.356. There are 3 difinitions of united states of america , when they say federal they mean corporate entity. You are a corporate fictional entity unless you declare otherwise with an affidavit of truth filed with your clerk of courts,and the sect of state, and the govenor's office! She's dead on here!

If that were only true. Unfortunately, those with the guns and badges have a propensity to disagree with your interpretation. If you have access to Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, or some other legal research engine, you might want to Shepardize the cases you've cited. You can also research all of the US Code Annotated sections you've mentioned. It might help you to understand where the fed gov is coming from when it claims jurisdiction under the supremacy clause. It sucks, but that's how they do it.
