You are absolutely right. We all have to do the same things to lose weight whether it is with or without surgery.

You have such a great support group! Hope you are enjoying the new job! Be careful - though it may distract you, i get food cravings when I want to avoid an unpleasant project or person - ie procrastination!!

Procrastination is my biggest problem when it comes to snacking. Even for avoiding a simple project. At least at work I don't have a frig full of food looking at me. I've lost 2 pounds already. The new job is great so far.
