This is really informative, and i appreciate these videos. I've been subscribed since i saw Mikko's TED talk, and i'm a bit sad, yet not surprised, that so few others seem to view these videos. I like the format, and how concise things are explained.

The credit card added to amazon was not stolen. It was made with one of the many available fake credit card number generators. Apparently this is easy because the credit card numbers have conform to a simple checksum that can be calculated with a Luhn algorithm.

Never use the cloud ....... ever.

Only use local backups, make an extra backup and store it at your local bank's safe deposit box. That would be the safest bet for the risk of physical security incidents like fire, floods tornadoes, etc.
