Paciente de 23 años de edad, tercer embarazo que acude el día de hoy, viernes 7 de Noviembre de 2008 para solicitar una ecografía trans-vaginal con el objetivo de controlar su gestación. La fecha de última menstruación normal fue el 27 de Septiembre de 2008.
En el video observamos la ecografía transvaginal con el útero de tamaño aumentado y observamos nítidamente un saco gestacional en su interior, el cual es de bordes regulares. No solución de continuidad. Se observa un polo embrionario en su interior.
La decidua, con buena reacción ecogénica.
Se observan y cuentan los latidos cardíacos embrionarios los cuales son rítmicos y regulares. La frecuencia Cardiaca Embrionaria es de 108 latidos por minutos. No se logra auscultar los latidos cardiacos del embrión.
La longitud del polo embrionario es de 1.8 milímetros y el diámetro mayor del saco gestacional es de 14.0 mms, correspondiendo a una gestación de 5.6 semanas.

Patient 23-year-old of age, third pregnancy who comes today, Friday, the 7th of November of 2008 to request a trans-vaginal ultrasound scan with the target to control her gestation. The date of last normal menstruation was September 27, 2008.
In the video we observe the ultrasound scan transvaginal with the womb of developing size and observe clearly a sack gestacional in the interior, which is of regular rims. Not solution of continuity. A embryonic pole is observed in the interior.
The decidua, with good echogenic reaction.
We observed and counted the cardiac embryonic beats which are rhythmic and regular.
Cardiac Embryonic frequency is 108 beats per minutes. We can´t auscultate the cardiac beats of the embryo.
The length of the embryonic pole is 1.8 millimeters and The mean Gestational sac diameter is 14.0 mm, corresponding to a gestation of 5.6 weeks.
REMEMBER:
