Soon to be married Bloomfield, N.M. resident Dentin Shelton threw a pass during halftime of the University of New Mexico Lobos football game on Saturday, Nov. 24, in an attempt to win $100,000 and free wireless service for 20,000 fans in attendance.

Shelton is the grand prize winner of the Alltel Wireless "My Circle 1st & 10" sweepstakes and took home $10,000 to share with his 'circle' of 10 friends, and everyone at the Lobos game received a $50 credit towards the purchase of an Alltel Wireless line of service.

  • I was at that game vs UNLV. That guy was a moron to choose a bunch of women to throw the football for him. He should've chosen people who could actually throw a football.
