Developed by CAD CENTER, NEXTRAX is a next-generation multi-finger touch communication tool that lets you freely operate and interact with digital content simply by brushing your fingers gently across a screen. Optical sensors recognize the simultaneous movement of several fingers, and High Definition CG technology makes manipulating the interface a simple and intuitive task. Used here as a historical educational tool displaying an interactive Inuyama Castle, users can access a wide range of information in an intuitive way. The software allows for a huge amount of variables from changing the time of day to viewing information about specific buildings. NEXTRAXTM systems are now in use in fields as diverse as urban development, tourism, cultural/historical activities, disaster management, information providing and entertainment.
