Peugeot Partner Glow Plug Change (306 / 206 D)

Here is a quick help video on how to change the glow plugs in the 1.9 straight peugeot engine as found in the the later diesels, in the 306, 206 and partner vans. This is not the same engine as the ealier XUD based diesels.

Perfect vid man i also hate exhaust gas reserquelation valve and am doing the plugs soon and will def be cleaning the lil bugga out when it comes out. Also by cleaning it you wil get slightly better mpg awesome vid ty m8

Excellent vid and even better 'patter' explaining what you're doing. I'd suggest you try to use a tripod for viewing some of the engine parts just to make it a bit clearer what you are pointing to, but this has been a great help.

great vid mate, just managed to get my manifold off and remove the first plug but unfortuantely the glow plug ive been sent if too large! Its not thin loke the one you have in your vid. Mine is a 99 Citroen Zsara but it seems the engine is actually the same plug fitting as the 00 onwards engines! Cheers
